(Pork bone) Ramen and Fried Rice in Little Tokyo

I usually order the miso-based broth ramen (I'm not a big fan of the soy-based variety) but I was surprised to see that this restaurant offered a pork bone-based broth so I ordered it. I was not disappointed, the pork bone broth is yummy! If you visit this restaurant, I highly recommend that you get an extra order of pork chashu ramen topping. The one that comes with your basic order only has a few strips of chashu. The pork chashu is very tender and Muy Delicioso!
