Stinkiest Food Ever

This tofu sure is stinky!!! Seriously, this Southeast Asian dish smells like rotten food. So far this has been the worst-smelling food I've ingested and surprisingly enjoyed devouring.

This food is not for the faint-hearted, but if you're brave enough to overcome the strong odor...GO FOR IT!!!

Don't judge the food by its aroma.

(Pork bone) Ramen and Fried Rice in Little Tokyo

Mr. Ramen in Little Tokyo, Downtown Los Angeles

I usually order the miso-based broth ramen (I'm not a big fan of the soy-based variety) but I was surprised to see that this restaurant offered a pork bone-based broth so I ordered it. I was not disappointed, the pork bone broth is yummy!

If you visit this restaurant, I highly recommend that you get an extra order of pork chashu ramen topping. The one that comes with your basic order only has a few strips of chashu. The pork chashu is very tender and Muy Delicioso!

Other excellent ramen places that I would recommend if you're in Little Tokyo, Downtown Los Angeles:
